Post Hair Transplant Care Singapore
Your surgeon's work is done. The next 12 months decide your result. Post-HT Care is Anagen Scalp's structured aftercare programme — three stages of professional care, from your very first wound wash to long-term graft maintenance. Every planted follicle, cared for — together.
Every transplanted graft is a living follicle held in place by nothing more than healing tissue. In its first weeks it must build a new blood supply, anchor itself with fresh collagen, and survive scabbing, itching and shock loss. Most patients are, understandably, afraid to touch their own scalp — wash too firmly and you risk disturbing grafts; too timidly, and scabs and buildup choke the healing skin. Post-HT Care closes that gap: trained hands, a strict graft-safe protocol, and a professional eye on your scalp at every visit.

Had Your Transplant Overseas? We're Your Aftercare Team at Home
Thousands of Singaporeans travel abroad each year for hair transplants — Bangkok, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, or further afield. The surgery often goes perfectly. The problem starts when you land at Changi: you're home with a healing scalp, a bottle of saline and a printed instruction sheet, and your surgeon is in another country. Who does your first proper wash? Who checks whether that redness is normal? Who removes the scabs at two weeks without disturbing your grafts?
Post-HT Care was built for exactly this. From day one we take over your hands-on aftercare — following your clinic's written protocol, inspecting your scalp at every visit to catch anything unusual early, and photographing your progress so you have a clear record to send your overseas clinic for remote reviews. We also adjust for Singapore's heat and humidity, which are harder on a healing scalp than most clinics abroad account for. We don't replace your surgeon's medical follow-up — we make sure the daily care between check-ins is done right.

The Exosome Advantage in Post-Transplant Recovery
Exosomes are nanosized vesicles released by cells to communicate and transfer regenerative signals. They carry growth factors, cytokines, and proteins that:
-
Reduce inflammation
-
Promote angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels
-
Support collagen production
-
Stimulate follicular stem cells
In the context of post-transplant recovery, exosomes provide a healing microenvironment that protects fragile grafts, accelerates scalp repair, and encourages stronger, earlier regrowth.
